Helping people with their legal problems since 1991.
Todd Willhoite began helping people with their legal problems in 1991. Over those years we have helped hundreds of people with a variety of legal issues. We focus primarily on helping people who have been injured, either through someone’s negligence, or at work, along with people who have become disabled. We also provide estate planning by using a variety of tools such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more. Let us help guide you through the legal wilderness.
J. Todd Willhoite
Mr. Willhoite in addition to acting as a full time attorney he has also served as an associated City Judge for the City of Claremore for many years. By sitting as judge he has gained the perspective of how a judge sees a case which helps when presenting matters as an attorney before a Judge in other courts.
Mr. Willhoite has handled over 350 Workers’ Compensation matters, over 180 Social Security Disability matters, and over 115 automobile accident cases. He has been involved in more than 100 probate cases, and over 240 estate plans along with other maters for a total of helping over 1,700 clients.
